Who operates CarSpark

CarSpark is operated by Cú Chulainn Tech Limited, a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, incorporated 2 April 2026 (registration number CRO 812722). Registered office: Farrannamoreen, Glasson, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 W215, Ireland.

CarSpark is not currently registered for VAT ([[VAT NUMBER]] reserved for when it is), so the driver service fee carries no VAT line.

Privacy and legal notices: [email protected] — this alias is being set up and may take a short time to go live after launch.

Outstanding before launch

The entity, address, registration number, and effective date above are real and final. The items below are still open — none of them blocks the Ireland-first launch (see each document's UK-specific subsection for why the ICO number isn't required yet).

Data attribution

Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Vehicle data shown to hosts and drivers is sourced from the DVSA MOT History API (UK) and the Irish Department of Transport's Check My Vehicle service (Ireland).
