Suspicious sign or code?
Report a suspicious parking sign
You're in the right place. Don't pay yet — check the guidance below, then tell us what you saw. No account or app needed.
What a real CarSpark looks like
- The QR is printed as part of a solid CarSpark sign — not a sticker over another sticker.
- After scanning, your browser address bar shows carspark.app/[car park] with a padlock.
- The page names the exact car park you're standing in.
- You pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card — inside Stripe's secure payment window.
- CarSpark never asks for your card number on our own page, and never asks you to create an account or password.
Signs of a scam — stop if you see these
- A sticker stuck over the QR code, or a sign that looks tampered with.
- An address that doesn't start with carspark.app — don't pay.
- A page asking you to type your card number directly into it, rather than a secure Apple Pay / Stripe window.
- A page asking you to create an account or set a password.
- Pressure, fine threats, or anything that feels rushed.
